JRH specializes in providing transportation planning and traffic engineering services, including the planning, design and operation of multi-modal systems, for both public and private clients. Sacred Heart is in the final stages of construction of its main
medical campus
at RiverBend
in Springfield, Oregon, and is planning to relocate during the summer of 2008.
JRH has been involved with this project from the beginning in 2001.
LTD has in operation the first phase of
Bus Rapid Transit
(BRT) from downtown Eugene to downtown Springfield.
Providing fast, high frequent transit service is the
goal of Lane Transit District's BRT system.
It will make use of exclusive lanes and signal priority,
among other techniques, for this state of
the art mass transit system.
JRH is currently involved in Phase 2, from downtown Springfield
out to Riverbend and back via the Gateway Mall area.
Northgate Centre is a regionally significant mixed use
development located in the rapidly developing community of
Medford, Oregon.
This large centre balances the lifestyle shopping, office
park, and industrial business park within the local
surroundings to create a cohesive community network.
JRH performed an extensive analysis on the effect of this
regionally signficant development on the local
transportation system.
